The Warehouse

The Warehouse is a 2,500 square foot, fully reconfigurable performance venue for sonic arts at Dartmouth College, designed in collaboration with stock-a-studio and sonic artist, Ash Fure. A flexible liner of metal struts, reconfigurable furniture, and acoustical treatments adjusts to users’ needs and turns the often invisible infrastructure of architecture (ducts, pipes, and wires), sound (speakers, rigs, and cables), and lighting (conduit, tubes, and fixtures) into a visual performance itself.
